Hayes Training and Development Group was founded by Jim Hayes in 2001. Jim has spent the last 35 years working in the chainsaw industry. Growing up surrounded by the business, Jim has traveled various paths within the business, at one time owning one of the most successful retail shops in Western Canada.
Changes with the industry led Jim into Husqvarna sales for 10 years. Throughout his experience, he saw a need for chainsaw safety training. This led him to become a trainer with the WTA and most recently to become a QST with Enform. Jim's goal is to provide the best possible training to his students. He and his other instructors are up to date on all of the latest training techniques.
